We aim to make sure the cottages are clean and  they are all supplied with a fully equipped kitchen, bath and sleep up to 5 adults. Each has a spectacular view of Lake Champlain, the Champlain bridge and the Adk Mtns. There is a big grassy lawn out in front of the cottages to have picnics, bonfires,play games or just set your lawn chair down and relax. Each cottages has a picnic table, fire pit and we have firewood on site at n/c. All cottages have a gas fireplace and A/C. Each has their own 120 V outlet to plug boats in if needed. Whatever the reason for your stay, whether your visiting family, boating, fishing, or just having a relaxing vacation we will do our best to make your stay as enjoyable and memorable as it can be.
